• Payment is required on or before delivery/pickup day.
• Only EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is accepted.
• Orders are only confirmed once proof of payment is received.
• If payment is not received, the order will not be released.
• You may reserve a bouquet without immediate payment.
• Reservations are valid for 14 days only.
• Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.
• Cancellation before work starts: No penalty (if unpaid).
• Cancellation after work starts: 50% charge applies.
